<p>LED lighting technology is the trend in aquarium lighting.  LED lights produce less heat and last longer than fluorescent lights. KOVEN AQUATICS LED Strip Light(s), an all enclosed aluminum LED light fixture(s), mounted inside an ABS plastic light hood,
with removable clear lens to protect light strips.  </p>
<p>Hood is 25"Long x 6"Wide X 2.5"Tall. Base unit contains ONE 24 inch 10,000K White LED Light Strip. Additional LED Light Strips can be added ( See drop down window ).

<p>LED Light Strips are magnetically mounted inside hood. Available in three seperate colors; 10,000K White, 453NM Royal Blue or 700NM Far Red. All produce a pleasing color with a shimmering affect. LED Light Strips consume FIVE watts per 12 inch length of
LED Strip.</p>
